Happy Belated Birthday Mom!

Assalamualaikum,

heyy guys, what I've got for today? Well, hari ni nak post pasal my mom's pnye birthday yang dah terlewat dah ni. Actually, her birthday was on 22 March, sebab mase tu busy dgn exam, tak sempat nak post apa-apa utk beliau.

and to her surprise, I just made an early celebration of her birthday on last 13 March. Guess what, I made her my own cake , starting from scratch mase myra balik for study week. Sambil2 tu nak cerita sedikit sebanyaklah apa yang myra buat kat rumah sepanjang cuti tuhh.

Fyi, kek ni sebenarnye ialah kek butter and cream kat dlm tu ialah hasil dari creaming method. castor sugar+butter. Dan yg kaler pink tu pulak dipanggil frosting. myra guna cream yg same ngan kat dalam, just ltak colouring wane pink! :) Apa yang penting, masa myra blaja tak pernah pun ada dalam sillabus kek ni. it just my very own experiment, alhamdulillah. tak seberapa, but menjadik la gak . hihi.

btw, dri awal perenggan myra cakap those cakes kan? nak tau kenapa?

Ahah, dan kek seterusnya ni, asalnya ye lah Black Forest Cake, tapi disebabkan myra nak tulis Happy Birthday Aimie Amelyn tu, myra terpaksa lah remove grated choc kat tgh2 tu. Tell you what, kek ni sbenarnya dah ditempah oleh kwn mak(cikgu kat skolah sama) untuk birthday anak dy 

18hb March which has made her my very own first customer! :)

Kek ni special bukan sebab tu je, dia special gak sbb kek ni 5 tingkat okay.

Kat kedai kek, mana nak dpt kek 5 tingkat cm ny? huhu

The Mighty Black Forest Cake

Ahah, ni lah the original Black Forest Cake, Ade grated choc kat tengah2 dy tuhh. Yummy, terbayang-bayang kesedapan kek ni. Lagi2 whipping cream atas dy tuh . *krukrukruk bunyik perut

Jyeah, benda ni lah paling sedap kat dunia. tak tipuuu! kalau mak ayah datang Dungun msti ajak dorang makan benda ni kat UiTM Dungun pnye Restoran Seri Molek. and now, dah berjaya buat dan bg dorang rasa pulak. kikiki.

Dan Last skali yalah cream caramel.

And untuk birthday mak yang dha lepas ni, I still made something surprise for her.

and I'm gonna post this to Johor Bahru. I hope she will be happy. I really looking forward to see your smile my mom. Want you to know that adik syg mak sgt2,

eventho adik lagi rapat ngan ayah, I still love you both 

all made from scratch.
