Hehe, I lost my weights!

Sempat tuu posing.ahaks
few days ago, I was happened to tidy up my room and closet . You know what? I found back my old PLKN attire ! and, i started to smile suddenly . eheh, y don't I try these . Wallahhh! Guess what, seluar slack yg myra cutting jd skinny mase PLKN dlu dahh longgar . Gila excited . (minah ni mmg jakun sikit :p) then try kemeja dy pulak. agaga, rase cam nak balik PLKN balik jeee. Jangan gelak tau, kemeja tu dlu mmg fit gile, at some times, butang bawah sekali ta bole butang ( biasalah bekas penari zapin kan? ^^) But now boleh je butang n tak fit kat blkng . Gile, mau taknye, sejak PLKN and masuk UiTM , I lost 7 kg. Such a big difference.

To be frank, berat myra pernah cecah 60kg. and myra catat rekod utk dri sendri ble myra lost 7 kg then . Benda yang myra nak share kat sini, is WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. Mesti korang pernah dgr kan proverbs tu? Bukan myra nak cite yg myra dah kurus la ape lah . but I just wanna share, eat late night IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH! especially eating MAGGI .


Alkisahnya, masa myra Form 5 dulu, our batch terpaksa pindah ke Asrama Puteri Sekolah Sultan Ismail (SSI) sebab hostel asal kitorang kene take over dengan si Sekolah Seni JB(SSeJB) yang *&^%$3*@ tuwhh. Then, memang kire culture shock lha . Bile makan kat dewan makan dy, sumpah tak best! Tak sedap, yakk! Si minah indon yang tukang sendokkan makanan tu pun mcm &%$@ . Keje nak marah orang je, mintak kuah lebih sikit pun takleh. Then, myra amek keputusan(cheh!!) utk ta mkn dah kat DM tu . Kadang2 balik sekolah cam penat sgt, tertido then ta pegy mkan malam lah.

Then, aktiviti kitorang malam2 buta, turun bilik belajar, (nak cas henfon senyap2) , kadang2 stay up belajar(heh, belajar lha sangat kan?) and.... makan MEGI! nak dikatakan tiap2 malam macam tu lha. makan kat dalam gayung lha, kalau jumpe mangkuk selamat lha . Hee, such a sweet memory . But endingnya, berat myra naik mendadak. dri 54 tros ke 60. see? so,jgn lha buad benda yang same okay ? jagalah pemakanan anda. Myra skrang ni pun dh byk lnggar pntang, tak makan nasi wktu malam. kene betolkan balik lah ny.huuu
